1. Order Cancellation
🟢 Order can be cancelled if:
Cancellation request is made before dispatch/shipping.
Payment verification is pending.
Product is not custom-made or made-to-order.
🔴 Order cannot be cancelled if:
Product is already shipped or in transit.
Product is custom-built (e.g., special battery configuration, ESS setup).
Full payment is completed and installation is committed.
Product damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours)
Replacement or refund
Manufacturing defect (within warranty)
Replacement only
🔸 Non-Refundable Situations:
Refund will not be applicable in cases of:
❌ Product used or installed ❌ Damage due to improper installation, wiring, mishandling ❌ Customized battery or energy storage configuration ❌ Wrong voltage or amp-hour selection by customer ❌ No original invoice or warranty seal tampering ❌ Product returned without original packaging/accessories
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be issued via Bank Transfer / UPI / Wallet / Original Payment Method.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days.
Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) will be deducted.
4. Replacement Policy
A product will be replaced (not refunded) if:
✔ Wrong product delivered ✔ Product damaged in transit (with proof within 48 hours) ✔ Manufacturing defect confirmed by technical team
Replacement will be issued only after verification and return of faulty product.
5. Return Shipping
In case of defective or wrong product delivered, return shipping will be covered by us.
In all other cases, shipping charges are borne by the customer.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes related to refunds, cancellations, or replacements, decisions made by AI Sure Power (Vishwakarma Earth Works LLP) will be final.
